(Rules, Terms & Conditions)

This quiz competition is organized by trafficquiz.com in association with Inter departmental Lead agency (Road Safety), Chhattisgarh solely for the purpose of creating awareness regarding Road safety, Traffic rules, emergency services and safety among college/institute/university students. The quiz is aimed at making the roads and streets in India safer by raising awareness about how to avoid accidents and injuries while on the road.

Terms and Conditions

•  The competition will be held in both languages – Hindi  & English.

•  Students have to register to participate in the competition.

•  Registration is only allowed to college/university/institute students of Chhattisgarh ( India). Any entries from outside will be disqualified & will not be eligible for any prize.

• After registration the participants will get access to practice quizzes to prepare for the Final Quiz. The links for the same will be available on the website.

• The last date of Registration is February 15th, 2022.

• The Final competition dates are as follows:

 ENGLISH (Quiz competition in English language)

Date – 27th February 2022 , Time – 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

HINDI  (Quiz competition in Hindi language)

Date – 28th February 2022 , Time – 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• The Final quiz will be available online only on the date and time mentioned above as per the language.

• Students have to login to participate in the Final quiz during the above mentioned time.

• The Final quiz will be timed quiz where the participants will get 5 minutes (i.e. 300 seconds) to answer all the questions. Number of questions will be different for each category.

• These questions will be randomly picked from the question bank and may be different for each participant.

• The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks the Start button.

 • Winners will be adjudged on the basis of maximum number of correct answers.

• One student is allowed only one attempt. Multiple entries from the same entrant will not be considered and will be discarded.

• In case of multiple participants having given same number of correct answers, the participants who take the least time to complete the quiz will be adjudged the winner.

•  All the questions are available in English (for English quiz competition) and in Hindi (for Hindi quiz competition).

•  Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error, internet error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.

•  In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.

•  Organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous.

•  The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the Quiz from time to time.

•  Organizer’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.

•   PRIZE for English Quiz competition:

  1. The Top 10 winners will get a Certificate signed by Respected Mr. Sanjay Sharma (AIG, Traffic Police, Chhattisgarh & Chairman, Lead agency (Road safety), Chhattisgarh) . The Certificate will be presented to the winners by the SSP (Senior Superintendent of Police) of their respective areas (as per covid norms)
  2. THE participation E- certificates will be given to all the participants which they can download at the end of the Final Quiz by clicking on the Download Certificate button.

•PRIZE for Hindi Quiz competition:

  1. The Top 10 winners will get a Certificate signed by Respected Mr. Sanjay Sharma (AIG, Traffic Police, Chhattisgarh & Chairman, Lead agency (Road safety), Chhattisgarh) . The Certificate will be presented to the winners by the SSP (Senior Superintendent of Police) of their respective areas (as per covid norms)
  2. THE participation E- certificates will be given to all the participants which they can download at the end of the Final Quiz by clicking on the Download Certificate button.

•  Additional prizes (if any) will be updated on our website or informed to the participants via email. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another without giving notice.

•  The winners will be informed via email/phone to their registered email address/phone number.

•  Any entries received before the opening or after the closing of the competition will be invalid and will not be entered into the competition.

•  By Registering for the competition, the Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above.
